Connie, I have been getting all kinds of calls already.  I think the TM's got the jump on it!

Connie, I have been getting more land line telemarketers, but not so much on the cell unless it's business related.  I did go to snopes as Rolfe #6 suggested and it does appear to be a hoax.  In any event I did register back in '03 or '04.

Connie Lou, thank you for bringing this up again.  It's one thing to get the sales calls but quite another if it cuts into your back pocket.

Gabe--I respectfully disagree with you. Those stupid robot telemarketers even leave me messages. Are you telling me that you did not get robot calls from dish tv? Almost impossible to get rid of. As far as recycled information--I had not heard of the cell/do not call. Even if there is a minute chance for it to work--I will try it.
