First of all, I rarely re-blog someone else's post, but I couldn't help it on this one....

Before you all get "warm and fuzzy" over the new HAFA program, take a look at this video. These guys actually called BofA to find out more about the program. You won't believe your ears... According to BofA, this program will actually cut the response time down to 4 months! I'm just giddy with excitement!

Seems like a scathing review of what the politicians can dream up to get re-elected without actually helping many. perhaps if they divvied up the 50 billion or so and didn't give it to the banks but actual homeowners, it could help more than the 36 people HAFA will actually help.

I called them and then HUd and wow if I went the route they said for a short sale it wouldn't be even close to acceptance for months thats just to short sale. Going the old way much faster.
