Here's a great story Hana Kim of WATE did on our local housing market (Knoxville, TN area). The sales are way up for February and March. Finally, the buyers seem to be coming out. It is such a great time to buy now. I am urging everyone who has been thinking about moving to do it now, before the interest rates go too high. There is no need to wait for house prices to go down any lower. They are staying relatively flat (going down only slightly). If interest rates go up by even 1%, you will lose more money than you save if you wait for the prices to come down.
