Growing up in Marysville, my friend and I would map out our Halloween plan on which neighborhoods would yield the most loot, candy. Being a residential town there are many neighborhoods to choose from because some are better than others, candy wise.
Bayview Ridge - Bayview is a neighborhood made up of 700+ homes and is located on the Eastside of Cedarcrest Golf Course. it has wide streets and lights so families and children can feel safe from speeding cars and creepy people. It is also a neighborhood known for handing out "big" candy bars, an added bonus for any trick-or-treator.
Kellogg Marsh - Kellogg is a neighborhood comprised of 500+ homes that boarders 67th, 88th street and Kellogg Marsh Elementary (my sister-in-law teaches 2nd grade their). It also has wide streets and lights for safety. It is neighborhood that is high family orientated which should yield large amounts of candy.
Pumpkin Farms - Pumpkin Farms is the old name for this neighborhood (and the only name I know it by) in the North end of Marysville. Like the top two, it has wide streets, well lit streets and has more than 800 homes. Navigating from house to house is really easy since the homes are neatly placed together.
Sunnyside Hills - One of the oldest neighborhoods in Marysville, Sunnyside is a classic spot for old school trick-or-treators. It is one of my old places to go hunting for candy and they always give a good turn out since there are many children in the neighborhood.
Parents if your children read this I am sorry, well not really :) Kids need to maximize their investment and achieve the most candy as possible. I remember being young and running from hood to hood searching for the jackpot and at the end of the night sitting in the living room counting my loot.
Kids this one if for you!!

When I went we had a whole plan to maximize our haul. Every kid knew who gave out the "good" candy and whose house to skip!!! -Charles
