Sometimes Feedback Can Be Useful to Your Sellers.

But Not This Time!

Feedback on your listings. We all have our thoughts about whether we want it.
We all have our thoughts about why we do or don't leave it.

There are times when  feedback can be useful to your sellers.

And, then there are times when feedback can be useless!
Or, in this case, pretty funny.....

Craig Rutman, your Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area Realtor can help you find your new home...and remove the reptiles too!

Needless to say, my seller and I got a big kick out of this.

After we shared a good laugh, I suggested that we could advertise it as the security system!

Unless there was a rattle attached to that snake, I wouldn't have been deterred!

LMBO Craig - I would not have walked over a snake either - Some kind of karmic deterrent for the buyers? LOL

Yes, some feedback just doesn't help you out.  But at least they took the time to provide it, useless or not.  What I don't get is how the agent couldn't figure out if it was a snake or a lizard - don't they look quite different?

Gary - Don't mess with the security system!

Charita - But she said it might have been a lizard? what's you comfort level with lizards?!!!

Alan - Now there's a good name for a security company!

Michelle - So you're suggesting I pass on the security system thingie?!!!

Kim - Come on Kim, I know you only show those million dollar homes! They can't be all that bad!

Kristin - Worry not Kristin. Only 1/2 of the agents here give feedback and only half of those are relevant anyway!

Shelton - They actually rescheduled for tomorrow! I hope the lizard snake has found a new place to sun by then!

Laura - I'm with you Laura! If my buyers wanted to see it, we're going in. Snakes be damned!

Debi - Karmic deterrent! that's too funny! And, I know you Debi, you would have been all over that situation taking pictures!

Michael - I actually spoke with the agent once I received that feedback. We had a nice laugh about it. I did take a pass on asking her if she knew the difference between snakes and lizards though!

Oh...man that is hilarious and it's pretty cool that your seller laughed when you suggested advertising as a security system! Too funny ;-D

Craig, I can just imagine the 'screaming, running fit' that took place when she saw the snake or lizard or whatever it was! Ha-ha! Even a black widow the size of a mouse wouldn't keep me from showing a property to an interested buyer! I'd feed it to the snake or lizard and then proceed!

Russell - Thankfully my seller has a great sense of humor. We're having some fun here!

Jeanna - It's all about the marketing isn't it?!!!

Wanda - I'm with you on this one. Nothing is going to stop me from showing a home that my sellers want to see. But the look on the facs of those people must have been priceless!

Bubba - I've already posted one on the property! Thanks for the feature my friend!

Hi Craig:

Great security system!

I always like to get feedback...no matter what it is!

Craig ropes that slither are not my thing at all. It probably would have been a deterrent for any consideration as the security system probably doesn't go away.

Don Rutman Craig, I'm with Laura on this I think there are way too many "sissy" Realtors out there...I like snakes...it wouldn't stop me either...I probably would have tried to catch it and bring it home as a pet.

Craig ~ at least you both got a laugh out of this.  I don't like snakes at all.

Hi Craig, That is the funniest feedback I've ever seen!  What a wimpy selling agent, though. Do you have venomous snakes guarding the houses?

Craig- Maybe you could offer to escort their buyers across the threshold. Arrive in full Croc Dundee attire to really play the part!

Craig, being the dedicated agent that I am I would have just kicked the sucker out of my way and shown the property...what a wimp that agent was!! LOL

Toula - I like feedback too! Especially this kind!

Ed - Since I "de-activated" the security system. I've had an increase in showings. Go figure!

Nick- You never cease to frighten amaze me Nick!!!

Dawn - If nothing else we did get a laugh out of it!

Mary - This is without doubt the most humorous feedback I've ever received. That snake/lizard must have been very threatening...but I'm quite certain it wasn't venomous!

Ellie - Now that wou;d be a sight to see! I feel a Photoshop inspiration coming on!

Caren - So you're a snake kicker are you? I would never have guessed that!!!
