"He who lists the most, wins! " This is especially true in a challenging market. In her opinion, there is another boom in the real estate market in the very near future - bigger than anything we've seen in the past. The challenge for Polly in this market, therefore, is the need to list properties. Convinced that listings and creating inventory is the key to readiness for the next real estate ‘bull market'.
WHAT'S AHEAD FOR THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
The real estate market is cyclical and Polly believes that this cycle won't take as long to turn as the last one - from the late 1980's to 2001, when 9/11 stimulated the market.
