Synergy Realty to Take Part in Nationwide Open House
Inaugural Event to Bring Buyers and Sellers Together Across the Country
Southlake, Texas (April 8, 2010) - Synergy Realty will be offering clients the opportunity to reach dozens of prospective buyers in a single weekend as part of the inaugural REALTOR® Nationwide Open House Weekend, sponsored in-part by the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
On Saturday and Sunday, April 10-11, Synergy Realty will conduct open houses at an estimated 20 homes in the Southlake, Texas area.
The Nationwide Open House Weekend comes just before the April 30, 2010, deadline for the federal homebuyer tax credit. Homes need to be under contract by April 30, 2010, and closed by June 30, 2010, to take advantage of up to $8,000 in tax credits.
"This event offers people a convenient way to see as many homes as they wish in one weekend and gives our members a chance to be part of this massive effort to match buyers to their sellers," says Lucy Noonan, co-owner of Synergy Realty. "The market is full of affordable homes, and with low interest rates, the weekend is sure to bring in buyers across the Southlake and Colleyville area."
State and local associations of REALTORS® across the country are participating in this special weekend. The event will be a fun way to attract buyers and help them learn more about what is available in the local housing market.
