Last year was the latest that the ice was not off the lake until May 2. This year the ice is completely off of the lake today April 8. Yahoo almost a whole extra month of Water! The WID (owners of the lakebed) will be filling the lake up to summer operating level starting April 15. If you have work to do on your docks or boat lifts you need to plan to have it completed before then.
