We're not experiencing a "Romeo & Juliet" play here, neither is it the beginning of "A Midsummer Night's Dream". The business is beginning to look a little more like a skit played out in "Our Gang" comedies. Some of you "Oldsters" might remember Alfafa & Darla playing the parts of Romeo & Juliet. I believe it was Buckwheat who coined "Homeo" instead of Romeo in the gangs play.
Homes sit empty throughout the area. Condominiums have eery glows eminating from a few windows in communities which were alive with families just a few years ago. Where have the people gone and will their lives recover let alone the economy. This affects all of us to our souls. Grass grows tall and overgrown hedges now block doors that were once being slammed all day long by children out running and playing and screaming because they were content in their lives and in their homes. How many have left your city, town or community looking for work elsewhere? We're all very resilient and will recover in stride. This will take some time but we'll get through it together. Find some positivity along the way and embrace it, this will make your journey quicker. Nothing slows you down faster than "wallowing in the mire". Don't let the negativity grab your feet, sprint away as fast as you can. Each day there's a widening gap between the two beliefs, are we moving up or down? My belief is that we control this to a large degree, therefore:
Have a fabulous week!
