Halelani Village is a 2-story condominium project on the outskirts of Lihue in an area known as Puhi. The project consists of 292 units in 28 building in an area bordered by Puhi Rd and Hanalima St . There are 4 units with 1 bedroom, 272 units with 2 bedrooms and 16 units with 3 bedrooms; median living area of 750 square feet ranges from 553 to 980 square feet. There is a mix of owner-occupied and long-term rentals. Short term rentals are not allowed. The Halelani Village association documents can be found HERE. Key documents located therein include Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Condominium Declaration, and House Rules. A map of the complex can be found HERE. Although providing a convenient reference, these documents are not "official" documents recorded with the state of Hawaii and thus are not the final authority.
