Home sales in Silverado Court 1 and 2, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Henderson and Las Vegas, NV have slowed noticeably in the second quarter of 2007. Just two homes closed, compared to seven in the first quarter. 

Existing resale inventory of rose slightly to 20 homes (plus 2 with accepted offers) keeping the market firmly in favor of buyers. In order to attract offers, sellers need to price aggressively and insure that their home is in top showing condition. Homes in Silverado Court 1 and 2 are located close to schools, shopping and recreation and have quick access to the I-215 freeway.
