Home sales activity in Silverado Hills, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Las Vegas, NV fell sharply in the second quarter of 2007. Just one home closed in the 2nd quarter, compared to 4 in the first three months.
Existing resale inventory of 6 homes (plus 1 with an accepted offer) means buyers still have a few choices. Still, the reduction in inventory from the 1st quarter's 11 homes is encouraging news for sellers. Homes in Silverado Hills have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the amneties of Green Valley Ranch and Anthem.
