We live in Virginia where most people expect and search for colonial homes. One step inside this home and I quickly realized, this home was not a split level. It was a Custom Built Colonial Home with a bi-level design on the rear of the home.

This home offered a casual rual lifestyle that many dream of but can't find. Better yet, this home was located just off Minnieville Rd in Woodbrige VA and it sits on a 2.6 acre level wooded lot.
My thought was,buyer's were making snap judgments of the home just by the way the home looked as the scrolled down the computer screen Online. So I had to use a photo that would make the buyer go inside.
Note: I met my husband Online seven years ago. I know how picky consumers can be when searching the Internet. It goes something like, seen it, don't like, not brick, Ick I don't like a split level etc...
So all this home needed was a pattern interrupt!
Success!
Erick and Company received Multiple Offers on this home within a week of listing the home for sale. And the home is now Under Contract
