Victor,  It's a market report.  And the market changes, just like inspections change.  We do it because we have customers that like to look at that stuff to determine if they are ready to list or not.  Sorry if the post offended you.

Victor,  Thanks for pointing that out.  We use the same template when we update these every few weeks.  We also let AR know that we are doing these reports on the same neighborhoods so that we don't receive the points for them every time.  We simply do these for the consumers and for our sellers and future sellers. It seems that the points are what make some people mad.  Thanks again.

No problem...... I was just left a little confused at first............

After all, Inspectors are supposed to notice things out of place......

Out of curiosity, seeing as you specialize in CF, do you know whether International drive will be open all the way through before Hard Rock adds to the 501 congestion?
