Rick..You are too funny ..may be if we did open houses at night ;but since we hold them in the day light it is not necessary.....

Michael..You bet it certainly does draw attention and the kids love it too !

Paul..Don't you just love it ! I have collected balloons for years when I first joined Re/Max ..

Ann.... I just love the Re/Max balloon and you can see how simple it is to put up ..Great attention getter and a wonderful conversation maker with the neighbors...

Jay ...It went very well here also ..I was touring with clients and it was very enjoyable ..The agents holding the open houses told me most of the buyers that attended  the Open houses were represented by an agent ...
