I am just on fire about this!!

Not only do we have ambulance-chasing attorneys, but we now have transaction-chasing attorneys.

It's a HUGE part of so much that is wrong in our country right now.

I think we need to start a group of attorney-chasing attorneys to keep them in check.

I MEAN HONESTLY!! SOMEONE GETS THEMSELF INTO A SITUATION WHERE ThEY ARE FINANCIALLY DISTRESSED, AND IT'S THE REALTORS FAULT??!! SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT ONE TO ME.

We need to stop this practice, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

I am not going to pay increased E&O insurance premiums because we have a group of transaction-chasing attorneys who want to rape and pilfrage for a few bucks.

I can tell you what may happen. If this really is the case, then agents are probably going to start boycotting or at least not wanting to touch short sales any more.

And that will hurt those homeowners who could most certainly use the help of a good realtor.

Just because they are coming after them doesn't mean of course that they will prevail.  These attys are proably just looking for any easy settlement.  Hopefully any Realtors sued like this will not settle but vigorously defend!
