Maria,
I had a tree similar to this at my old house, and every year I would wait for that one week when it bloomed, as there was nothing like the tree, and how beautiful it was. Thanks for the picture, and for renewing some fond memories.

Hi Maria, Great shot and a beautiful tree! Thanks for sharing with us, enjoy your Sunday.
Maria,
Wow. There are a lot of dogwood photos today. This one is great - so full and colorful. Thanks. :)
Steve
So pretty! My very favorite time of the year! Have a great day!
Trees do sometimes take a special place in our hearts, Eric. Enjoy your memories.
Thank you Gary.
You're welcome Steve.
You too, Krityn!
Maria, we're still waiting for the explosion of spring in our trees, yours is certainly beautiful!
My goodness Maria! I don't think I've ever seen a tree so wall-to-wall blossoms. Especially in such a wonderful color!
Tony, our daffodils are now fading and the blossoms are falling from the trees. We are ready for the summer flowers to start blooming now.
Myrl, this is one of several trees.
The blossoms on the ground were knocked down in the big thunderstorms we had the night before I took the photos.
Maria - your caption certainly says it all Kansas City in Bloom the only thing missing is beautiful
Hello Maria, just stopped by to see what's going on in your neck of the woods. Ahhh...Kansas City in the spring...it's a beautiful thing.
Gorgeous blooms, Maria! I wish we had some here!

Hi Maria, That is one bountiful bloomin tree! It's just beautiful to see the Spring flowers everywhere!
I love these trees! I remember buying a large one years ago and the giant hole I had to dig to plant it in! They bloom early in Birmingham and usually we get a freeze that ruins the flowers, but this year the weather left them alone and they were so pretty.
Maria, isn't this an amazing time of the year? We think we have all the flowering trees here in DC, but they're all over the country!
This spring has produced some of the most beautiful blooms on trees here in Kansas City. The flowering trees dress up our listings and make everyone happy.
