10 Comments on Update Your Kitchen For Less, And SELL FOR MORE!!!
Phyllis:
I will look forward to the after photo. The kitchen is the heart of the home and I think the most important room for home buyers.
Great examples of before & after. It's wonderful that you offer the help with the repairs and work also to make it happen. Staging is an important part of selling that people just don't realize. Good post.
Great pictures, it's amazing how different the before and after pictures look. Best of luck in your market
I would like to know what was done to each example. In the first two it appears the cabinets remained and were painted. I
In all the pics the cabinets were painted with a pearl finish, cameo white paint by Benjamin Moore. These are affordable, easy fixings that don't stress the sellers budget, but definitely will attract a buyer.
I also do high end faux, glazing for cabinets in homes that are selling for much more. These cabinets look factory bought
Thanks for your comments

Excellent example of a bit of creativity giving a kitchen new life for little $$.
So many people have never done any home improvements and tend to exaggerate the work involved and the cost. What I have found with my clients is that they don't make that mistake again when they move into their next house.
Incredible difference!!!
These are truly amazing transformations! It's incredible what a can of paint can do. I love the way you extended the countertop and shelving in the second example to link the "floating" oven to the rest of the kitchen. As for the first example, is that the same room?!! Ingenious.
Oh Yes that is the same room, this house wound up being completely transformed....I have a great team of guys!
