Claudette, it is always interesting to compare areas. I don't know if Non-licensees realize it takes a bit of work to do "state of market" posts.

The MS Gulf Coast area is unique and difficult to manage in terms of data. In a way, we lump together as the MGC, yet markets can vary quite a bit by town, county, neighborhood.
