Ft. Lewis

Over the coming year Ft. Lewis will receive an entire new Brigade. This Brigade is being assembled as a phased stand-up, with individual troops coming from units all over the US and outside CONUS. Although additional housing as been added on post, there will still be a significant need for off-post housing.

I'm a full service Realtor in the Ft. Lewis area and one of my specialties is assisting with military relocations. I'm an Army veteran myself and I'm the spouse of a retired Army officer. My daughter is currently serving in the Air Force, and my Realtor team partner is a retired First Sergeant (Al "Top" Stickland).

You want a Realtor who speaks your language.

I've lived in Europe, Asia and all over the US. I've worked for the Army transportation office, as well as the housing referral office. I know military relocation inside and out. We were assigned to Ft. Lewis twice and I have lived in the Tacoma-Spanaway area, and in the Puyallup area. My home now is beautiful Olympia.

You want a Realtor with relocation and local area expertise.

I make sure all my buyer clients receive a free one-year home warranty on the purchase of their home. I do my utmost to help people find their dream home, and I guarantee that if you don't absolutely love the home you buy through me, I will list it free of the listing side commission within 6 months.

You want guarantees.

I provide newcomers to Fort Lewis with a welcome packet and have a visual tour of Ft. Lewis posted on my website. For useful links to area information visit my local resources page. My services are not limited to newcomers. I also help you sell homes, and find the right retirement or investment property.

You want service.

If you, or anyone you know would appreciate the kind of service I offer, please contact me.

Your referrals are valued, as I pride myself in repeat business and I hope you'll come to understand why. See what people have to say about me and give me a call.

Hi Sandy -- I was stationed at Ft Lewis for about 6months prior to going to Vietnam.  It is a beuatiful post with so much to do for families in the surrounding community.  At the time I was there the golf course had one of the few par 6 holes of any golf course in America.  Aloha

Hi Bruce, Ft. Lewis is still a great place. It consistently ranks as one of the most desirable places to be stationed. I don't know how it compares to Hawaii, but I love it here.

Hi Sandy, my father was stationed at Ft Lewis way back when.  We lived in Edmonds at the time and stayed there while he did a tour in Korea.  I have spent 14 years in Germany and now reside in Columbus Ga, the home of the best military installation in the world.  Fort Benning is a large part of our community and I have been selling real estate to soldiers for nearly four years.  My wife Erika is German and has been a Realtor here for almost twenty years.  If we run into anyone going to Ft. Lewis we will get in touch.  Best of Luck, enjoy your stay.
