11 Months Absorption Rate (Number of months it takes for the market to "absorb" homes)
The turnover of inventory of homes in Coralville is pretty slow at the moment as you can see with an absorption rate of 11 months. I live in Coralville and am surprised since we're really conveniently located sandwiched between North Liberty and Iowa City. In a price driven market price trumps convenience at the moment it seems. Stay tuned for updates. What goes around comes around and this too will change at some point.
