Although I had lots of interest and maybe an offer later, The # 1 thing on peoples minds is getting the Buyers Credit. My listing is a short sale. It takes most buyers out of the Market for my listing as an offer has to be aproved by the Seller and the Bank by April 30th. As we all know Lender approval would not probably happen that soon. Realtors are advising their clients to stear clear and rightly so unless their buyers want to expect no buyers credit. The house is located in Warren Township, Indianapolisand is a good value though and like I have told the possible buyers that came through if you care about the buyers credit then this probably isn't your house. If you truely want the house and are willing to give up that possibility of the buyers credit then this is your Warren Township Indianapolis house for sale.
