I can't get over how reasonable the prices are in Orchard Crest! Have they always been this good? Is this normal or is this your buyer's market range? WOW!

Homes in this small subdivision are ideal for first time buyers. This area of Harnett County is seeing a lot of growth so I expect prices to go up in the future.
