I love how you always show the neighborhoods with RES - you offer a lot to the buyers and sellers in your area - you are the local expert

Nice neighborhood profile!  Do you have to get homeowner permission to use pictures of their house like this?

Thesa,

Thank you for the compliment - you are the RES pro!

Lynda,

Harnett County is seeing a lot of growth because you get a lot for your money.

Mike,

Thanks for the compliment.

Karen,

I do try to pick homes without cars in the yard or anyone outside.  If anyone ever asked me to remove a picture I would.  My intent is just to give those moving to the area an idea of what different neighborhoods are like.

Chris,

Crestview is a nice neighborhood - it has been so popular that they have expanded it several times.

Rita - the first example of the 2-story home is gorgeous.  I love RES, I use them for all kinds of great things and now neighborhood tours in our website.

Ines,

I love the front porch on that one.  Crestview is a nice neighborhood in Harnett County and RES is a great way to show it off.  I am adding neighborhood tours to my website as well.  Thank you so much for stopping by.

Cyndee and Jack,

I love showcasing the great neighborhoods we have in Sanford and Harnett County almost as much as I love showing homes to clients!

Joanne,

Scratching each other's backs is SO much better than scratching our heads for ideas :)

Susie,

I hope it gives information for locals and those relocating to Harnett county as well.
