Staten Island Real Estate Agent, Ask your next agent what he/she will do for you. Make a list of do's and don'ts. Compare all aspects of the process of selling your home. Have three or four look at your home and give a plan of action for showing your property. Ask plenty of questions, like "can you show me some of your recent sales"? "Do you have any testimonies"? "Will you be present each and every time my home is shown, or do I have to do that"? "Tell me about your company"? Etc.
