Villas at Eagles Nest in Franklin, Ma.02038. Visit our 37 unit condo community and take a tour of the various condos ranging from 2,200 s.f to 3,200 s.f. of living space in our penthouse condos. We have two standing penthouse condos available. 
but some of include 9' ceilings, open floor plan, solarium, multiple French doors, archways, columns, large moldings and very custom designed kitchens with maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances and center island. The amount of glass in the penthouse condo is plentiful and the banks of windows are breathtaking.

I especially like the picture that has the column and the fireplace...what an awesome shot.
It's so difficult to photograph vacant properties - you've done a great job to show ceiling treatments, mouldings, and light. I'm inspired! Thanks!
Debra....thank you....it's difficult to take photos of properties under construction, but it's necessary in marketing to have photos not just blue prints.....we take photos of the frames....there are different angles that work well....thanks again.
Barbara, these condos are gorgeous and HUGE. "Condo" in Sonoma County is the definition of "small". And the wainscoting is wonderful, we don't get to see that very often. These should go fast, good luck!
Cynthia....thank you....the penthouse condos are huge....3,200 s.f....our smallest one is 2,200+ s.f....the smallest new condo that we have is 1,880 s.f. on one level....it's a nice size....this is the country....we have plenty of room to build large!!!
