According to my local MLS, Branson single family homes sales last month total was up from 14 to 20 homes sold. The highest priced one sold for $499,000 and the lowest priced one sold for about 90k with a median price of $185,000. That is more homes than the previous month and a higher median price makes this report all good news.
Condo sales were up also from 2 to 11 closing escrow last month. The highest one sold for $100,000 and the lowest sold for about 34k. They had a median price of $75,000 which is also good news for condo sellers.
Market information for land, farms, and mobile-home sales as well as other local information is available by request. Real estate is always local and there is no problem getting financing for good buyers and a fair price for good property, if you know the market.
