The Franklin Reserve is an organization made up of residents and homeowners of the South-Southwest part of Elk Grove, CA. More specifically, the Franklin Reserve is the neighborhood surrounded by the four major thoroughfares: Elk Grove Blvd, Bruceville Road, Bilby Road and Willard Pkwy/Franklin Blvd and  falls within the 95757 zip code.

The Franklin Reserve is not a homeowner's association but rather a neighborhood association. Its members are taking a proactive approach to preserving the neighborhood's values, appearance and safety. The Franklin Reserve Neighborhood Association or FRNA as they are commonly referred to on their website: http://www.franklinreserve.org sponsor their own events such as "Hula at Sunset" to raise money for charity. They also participate in other events such as the upcoming "National Night Out" where residents can gather, have fun, meet one another and share how they can work together and improve the quality and safety of their neighborhood.

The FRNA is very structured. They have committees, officers and directors in place. Most positions are elected positions, while some are simply volunteer positions.

The FRNA have put into action what many residents in other communities desire and have begun to raise neighborhood and community awareness by empowering the residents to speak up and reach out to one another with a collective voice.
