Governer Manchin has banned almost all outside burning in the state of West Virginia. This is because the amount of fires that have been caused by burning debris, coming from outside burning. You should not plan on exterior burning until the ban has been lifted by Governer Manchin. There are some exceptions to the ban, fires used for commercial land clearing, fires used for outdoor cooking for fundraising events and charitable organizations, grills, lanterns, and liquid fueled gas stoves.
