It's that time of year again. It's time for the Lakeside Jazz Festival at Port Orange Amphitheater and City Center. And it's the 11th anniversary too. This is just another great reason to buy a house in Port Orange!
Port Orange residents, visitors, and future home buyers, make some time on April 16 and 17 to enjoy the music from local school bands, at the Lakeside Jazz Festival at the Port Orange Amphitheater at Port Orange City Center. The festival is professionally run, and thoroughly enjoyable.
If you're not aware of this, Port Orange has many activities that are designed for folks of all ages. The enitre city is built for the enjoyment of families, retirees, and every age you can find. This is why the city motto is "Built by Choice, Not By Chance". Port Orange has oversized sidewalks for walking, cycling, roller blading, etc. And let's not forget the many restaurants, doctors, banks, shopping centers, and even a brand new hospital! Check out my recent posts about the community of Countryside at Port Orange (and the many mini-communities within); located within walking distance of many of these places you may 
want to visit. There are also convenient bus-stops located within close proximity to most neighborhoods.
As for our many oversized sidewalks, every evening you'll find Port Orange residents of all ages, out for their evening exercise on these convenient paths. And to make it even better, many of these paths are built around scenic lakes, which makes your exerise more enjoyable.
Be sure to come out and enjoy this year's, Lakeside Jazz Festival at the Port Orange Ampitheater at Port Orange City Center. It's a beautiful setting, where you'll find yet another walking path around a peaceful lake.
