I have seen nothing worth getting really excited about yet.People are starting to get the fact that

1. its not going to get better for a while

2. its time to cut my losses and move on

3. price is the main factor in this market

True, some people are starting to catch on that prices need to be dropped, but there are still too many in my market that haven't.

Not just price, but Motivation seems to be the key factor in this market. Some have something special and can hold out others can not. I myself am getting some increase in interest and movement. Hope the same for all
