The St. Regis Bal Harbour has just started the official topping off of all three towers of what is estimated to be the largest residential-resort destination under construction in the United States.
Now that the vertical construction has been completed, work on the inside levels will now begin. I am excited to share that the renowned Miami artist Carlos Betancourt will be creating an original work of art in honor of the majestic St. Regis Resort.

Progress is still underway, windows and sliding glass doors have been installed in the the St. Regis North Residential and hotel towers, and the St. Regis South Residential Towers are close to completion. Sunny Isles Miami Real Estate has been working with future residents on selecting finishes for their homes, like the custom cabinetry, countertops, appliances and other luxurious details.
