This group is created for the benefit of each an every contributing member.  As we increase our real estate knowledge and perfect the techniques that we learn, we can share our experiences of success and hardships.  Through this we can encourage each other and help one another to perfecting our prospecting and sales techniques.  Anyone can feel welcome here and ask questions on how to succeed in this business.  Tom Hopkins has a great book entitled "How to master the art of selling real estate".  This is a great book for anyone that has not yet read it I highly recommend reading it and then contributing your thoughts to it in this blog along with your experiences with using his proven techniques.  Thank you all for your inputs.
