Stephen, THank you for creating this spot. I like that I am one of the first. This way I can see what others are writing and be in from the start. I love to learn from others and if I am able to help someone with something I say or have been through, that is great. I have learned so much on here already. I can't wait to see what happens here. Stephen: Great way to help the newbies and oldies, as we share what works, what doesn't, what may or may not. With all the new technology out--daily--we can share til the cows come home. Good group!

1. The most important thing I've learned in Real Estate is: Shut up and LISTEN to clients (THIS IS WHAT I TELL MYSELF). My absolute favorite tip.

I agree with Earle....right from the start...and if in doubt "ASK" ...that's my favorite.

Hey Stephen- Thanks for starting this group! I am sure it will be a big help to others like me who are getting started. I for one don't want to be among the statistics of those who fail in the first two years! I need all the support I can get. I think even new agents can help each other- we all have different backgrounds and experience that is of value to this industry. Look forward to reading all the great posts to come and to contributing to the group as well.
