Well, the low bidders are back!  Their broker called last evening and raised their bid by $10,000.  I called my clients and we had a frank discussion about the present real estate market conditions.  Our discussion centered around the competition and their desire to move since I can't tell them when another bidder will present themselves.   My clients need time to think so we decided twenty four hours would not change anything.  A real estate broker can only advise so I await their decision.  Stay tuned for the next installment.  Thanks for listening!

The thing is are they "low bidders" or are they bidding in the new market.  What is a "low bidder"?
