Ohhh that smell!  We've been entering so many homes lately that are closed in, musty, and the sneeze attacks begin.  Sometimes that most obvious things we tell our clients, please do 2 things immediately ~ change the filter on their furnace, clean the dust off the vents, and if at all possible, have the ducts looked at.  In many cases we've learned that they aren't attached (high heating bills), or critters over the winter have nested there. When the furnace kicks on, they love the warm, and so do we!  The warmth and the smell enter into the house and kills the sale! Test it yourself, the next home you go in, look at the vents.
