A couple of months ago, one of our Atlanta investors that we've been working with for the past 2 years called on us to see three homes he had recently purchased. Two months later, one is still under construction and is going thru some major renovations. The other we staged two weeks ago and received multiple contracts and is under contract. The third home is a home we staged today in Decatur, GA. As you'll see, the home was vacant and went thru a pretty dramatic change. Here's the before picture: Here's the after picture: Another angle: After Picture: And of course, a close-up for our Home Staging Atlanta website:Home Staging Atlanta - Before & After Pictures
Gorgeous photos Kathy, I love the shelving units they put to divide the space.
Wow Kathy, what an amazing transformation. Your photographs are gorgeous too. Thanks for sharing.
Kathy- what a wonderful transformation. Now the house is light, warm and cozy.
Very impressive. This property looks great and I'm sure will have a fast sale.
Thanks everyone for your very kind words. The shelving unit allows the room to have definition and at the same time, helps to create "visual" real estate for the living room.
It's going on the market today and the open house is planned for tomorrow. Thus far, we've done 8 homes together and the longest one on the market has been 2 weeks. I suspect this one will go super fast.
Thanks again, everyone.
Kathy
Kathy what a wonderful partnership! Your staging compliments his renovations perfectly.
Kathy, these are drastic transformations! I love the room divider. Your staging is stunning. Your picture taking skills are also amazing! Awesome job!
That is a dramatic change, great job with the challenge of the narrow room. Left vacant, would leave a buyer scratching their head not knowing what to do with it.
Kathy,
Absolutely a stunning job with your Staging! Congratulations on the great success stories too!
WOW....does not look like the same house. GREAT use of the open shelving to divide the Living/Dining space. The staging shows that a narrow space can/will work!!
