Ribs...beef ribs....

The Ribs have been soaking all night in the fridge...in a bath of Beer and liquid smoke with a little bit of Trilbey's BBQ sauce. I'll take them out and put them on the grill for at least 2 hours. Indirect heat only...side infared burner and the ribs all the waqy to the other side. Keep the smoke box somewhat moist so it steams the chips for better flavor...but let them put off some good smoke at the beginning. I like to keep the ribs moist be slathering them with the Trilbey's BBQ sauce...when you see the meat has seperated from the bone about an inch from the end...eatem' up!
