- If you walk around Silverwind Circle once (on the outer sidewalk) you will walk .7 miles.
- To the north of Greenhaven will be the new Falcon High School. The football field is scheduled to be on the far north part of the school's property - North of the school building and North of the parking lot.
- There are 248 homes in Greenhaven: 127 Windchime Series in the Northern part and 121 Cottage Series in the Southern Part.
- John Laing started building in Greenhaven in 2004 and sold their last new Greenhaven home in 2007.
- Although Greenhaven is technically a part of Stetson Hills, it is a separate neighborhood - per tax records.
