Are you frustrated with the amount your property is being tax at?  Well, relief may be on the way for Lucas County homeowners!   Anita Lopez, the Lucas County Auditor is providing an opportunity for homeowners to challenge their valuations until October 1, 2007.  To simplify the process her office has created a link for homeowners to initiate the process.

Ms. Lopez, said county appraisers will respond to these online requests within seven to 14 days, and notify the property owner when they will visit to gather information.  Click here for details on the whole process!
