Neal, can't find anything around here for $28,000.  The cheapest Condo that I have seen is about $60,000.  Loans on those units are tough to do because the Investor (non-owner-occupied), Owner Occupied is usually very high and over the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac allowable ratios.

Thanks for always taking an interest in my reports. Go write something so I can read it:) only kidding....yes it is very cheap to buy...we just sold 4 in the last 3 months...all cash and 30 days to 2 week closings. We also have a listing appointment tommorrow there.

You are right..you guys can't make much on those. And the ratios are probably high.
