buy condo in Ponce Inlet Florida Tonight (Friday night) at 7:30 p.m., I'll be showing condos in Ponce Inlet to some great, long-term clients. It's awesome when you have real estate buyers who are a pleasure to work with! So tonight, we'll be looking at the beautiful oceanfront condos in Towers Five. I love showing units in all of the Towers Condos. The floor plans are well laid-out, and the amenities are fabulous!

On a side-note, isn't it ironic, that so many people think that being in real estate means you get to set your own hours? The truth of the matter is, we work when it's convenient for the customer! So here's to a pleasant Fridany evening, with the opportunity to work with some friendly, interesting real estate buyers, who want to buy a condo in Ponce Inlet! And the bonus is, I also get to take a little peak inside some more beautiful condos =)

Wiliam- Unfortunatey, the prices in Ponce Inlet seem to be the last n the area, t finally get as low as the need to be. These buyers are going to wait til next trip (again.) But I suspect their next trip down will be the right time. Ponce Inlet seems to be right at the turning point right now.

Lynda- Thank you =) And that goes both ways.These buyers are very nice, and know exactly what they want. It's just a matter of waiting for the prices to get where they're supposed to be.

Ellie- The sunset was perfect when we were down stairs, but I left the camera in the car >.< Doh! We actually discussed that. But oh well. The unit they liked the best was directly on the ocean anyway. They'll have great sunrises. =)
