Man Caves - one of the newest highly sought features buyers are looking for! 

As buyers look at homes among the many choices today, men tend to keep an eye out for an area of the home often called a "Man Cave."  Many areas of the home are typically women dominated areas such as the master bath and the kitchen.  Men like to retreat to areas where they can congregate with friends and enjoy movies, drinks, music and/or billiards.  A Man Cave is a place where a man can hang out to watch football, drink beer and shoot the breeze with the guys.  It could be a basement, a garage, or a shed with a couple of lawn chairs. 

While not always in the finished lower level, it is the most common place.  Anywhere that men can gather with high tech gadgets, electronics and adult beverages can be called a "Man Cave."  A man is permitted to build his Man Cave any way he wishes.  However, no Man Cave shall ever include a fridge incapable of holding a case of beer, fat-free potato chips, scented candles and any variation of the color of pink.  Watch for more and more Man Caves to show up in homes in your area as the popular trend takes hold.
