Sandy - I love the style and especially the color of that house. Florida has a color pallet all its own. I never quite got it until I visited there and saw those colors in nature everywhere. It's all about the color of the water, the flamingos, the foliage. . .Wonderful colors indigenous to your state.

Caren, This was a gorgeous home. I wish all of my listings looked like this one and I had owners like these people. The house was absolutely FULL when I met the sellers, and they were INCREDIBLE to deal with. They took my every recommendation. They worked like crazy to get this house sold.
Gabe, The new owners are a young couple. She is a school teacher for 2nd graders. I think they will love it in the home and the neighborhood.

Myrl, You're right -we do have our very own color pallet here - Key West Style, with corals and sea foam greens. We are now seeing quite a bit of the aztec - mexican colors - they are gorgeous also.
