After 15 years on the Deephaven City Planning Commission and 8 years on the City Council, I have seen many Realtors who allow their Sellers to price Lake Minnetonka lakeshore and other properties where the asking price is so high the Buyers who could afford the property couldn't build the footprint size home, garage, and hard cover they desire due to ordinances and zoning issues. I feel very comfortable about meeting these challenges after many hours of due diligence, research, and honesty for my presentation and communication with the Seller. "It's all about telling the truth" every time and everywhere.
