I am constantly working with buyers looking to find that perfect Mountain property at the perfect price. Everyone wants to purchase at the ideal time. You know the saying, "Buy low sell High". The past two years has been a roller coaster up and now down. Price may be at the lowest we will see or at least in the sellers mind set. Sellers have been beaten to the point where they will look at any offer that they never would have dreamed of just 18 months ago. Buyer's are now getting off the coach to look much more seriously at properties and I believe this time may be the right time to buy. Only time will tell, but buyer's now, I believe, will look back as this being a great time to buy.

Actually, I think I remember going to the Calaveras County Fair Grounds at some point for something, "back in the day". Oh yeah, don't you guys have the frog jumping contest or something like that?!?!?
