Historic Downtown Toccoa is the backdrop for "Main Street Toccoa"

You will not want to miss the 20 year celebration. A Taste of Toccoa, April 22, 2010 5 to 8 p.m.

Sample popular dishes of over 20 local resturants and caterers.

This event is for the entire family, with live music, entertainment with the Toccoa Falls College Jazz Band, gymnastics of the YMCA, BG Steppers and more. Activities that include ferris wheel, pony rides, chuggy choo-choo, and more. Shop the downtown art district and Whistle Stop Antique Mall.

Check out the newly rennovated Corner Stone Resturant adjacent The Whistle Stop Antique Mall.

Jefferey Stepakoff, will be there for signing of his newly published book, "Fireworks over Toccoa".

And if you are still there in the morning, "The Rebel" will be serving breakfast at 7:00 A.M.

You must have a home in FL and another in GA.  I had to look at your profile to see why a FL girl would be hyping an event in Toccoa.  I absolutely LOVE NE GA and spent some time in the mountains a couple of weeks ago.  Toccoa is a pretty spot, too.  Have fun!

Hi Patsy, Yes you are correct. I do have a home in South Florida and another in NE GA. Love both areas and travel back and forth. South Florida is high energy and NE GA is very relaxing to me. The best of both worlds. I see you live in Atlanta, next time you are up in my neck of the woods, we should get together and I will show you around Toccoa. Historial downtown is my favorite.
