Deb, LOL, I know exactly how you felt here. I have often wanted to take a picture but alas, no place to stop and get the photo! And upon turning around to reposition myself, it is gone!
Good for you, those are beautiful!
Good Job! I just loved these photos! I am like you, when I see a beautiful moment, I pull over as quick as possible and as safe as possible.
Debra very interesting sky. I know what you mean, some spot you just can't pull off and usually those are the spots with views you so want to capture.
I so enjoyed our conversation and I will keep in touch.
HAVE A GREAT WEEK,
Glad you caught them and safely Debra. We know exactly what you mean about them disappearing quickly, we've missed many because we couldn't pull over! Red skies at night well than, you should have a great day tomorrow! :)
Debra, beautiful sky. It's interesting seeing photos from other parts of the country. Aside from sky the other thing I noticed was the lack of leaves on the trees. Spring/summer is pretty much underway here with lots of leaves on trees. I have a young Japanese Maple that I've kept in a pot because I'm thinking of going Bonsai with it, anyway it's already decked out with leaves.
I've done that do...stopped everything (or tried to!) to catch a lovely sunset. Well done!
Sounds dangerous to me! Be careful out there, girl, we don't want you getting yourself killed for a few photos. You are a dedicated blogger!
I have done the same thing to pull over and take a shot of something that is beautiful like a changing sky line.
Debra, That was definitely a sky worth stopping to get a picture of! It's extraordinary, with the trees in the front. Great job, but be careful out there. Us nutty bloggers can't help but stop for that perfect shot.
Patti-Thank you!

Michael & Cheron-Thank you!
Isn't it frustrating when you can't find a spot to pull over when you know you have precious seconds to get that perfect photo? What's even more frustrating is realizing you forgot to take your camera with you.
Hi Debra, I have had so many sunsets allude me ( no camera with me or no time or place to stop)that think I shall never get them. But I do know this. If you really want to capture the good ones, they have certain conditions that create the right type of clouds that the sun reflects best in that can improve their likelihood. Get friendly with a good weather man, tell him/her what you want and I have an idea that you will soon capture some very special ones.
Jenny-I had a few of those last week! Boy does that make you scream! LOL
William-LOL I like your thinking!
Marlene-Thank you!!
