You still have time to find a home...the deadline is April 30 to have a contract on a home to qualify for the 2010 Tax Credits. First time buyers will receive a $8000 Tax Credit. Existing home owners could receive a $6500 Tax Credit. There are many homes to choose from with motivatied sellers. Interest rates are still in the 5% range.
