Monmouth County New Jersey Facebook Page Contests

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Eric J - Dream Home Financing

There is a new Facebook page I LOVE MONMOUTH COUNTY and in only one month it has become very popular.

Why is the page different? Well, it is not just a page that you join and then forget about. There is a lot of useful local information there and relevant topics discussed between the fans of the page. Spamming is carefully monitored and eliminated....we all know how annoying that can be.

What else is different? The page is having contests that promote local businesses and provide prizes for the fans. For example, right now a contest is ending where fans post pictures to the page. The other fans vote for their favorite pictures by clicking "LIKE". The picture with the most LIKES wins. The person who posted that picture wins a gift certificate from the local business that sponsored the contest.

If you are a fan of Monmouth County New Jersey, then join the page. Below are a few of the pictures that were submitted during the recent contest.

This sounds like something worthwhile looking into...if for no other reason than it gives excellent ideas for how to make our own fan pages better.

Right...too many people think that consumers want to be fans of their business page. The reality is that you will get your friends and family becoming a fan of your real estate fan page but that is about it. Create a page that appeals to the masses with some common interest. Interject real estate ONCE IN A WHILE....
